Weekly Intention: Physical

My weekly intention came to me during my morning pages, a time I spend journalling immediately after I wake up. I write out 3 pages of whatever is in my head at the time. Helps sort out thoughts ideas clears my head for the day. Thank you to Andrea from ABC creativity for this weekly prompt. Physical for me means more activity, do my Yoga and go to the gym take a walk and take a class. Move more a lot more.

Since I've been doing a weekly intention I also started listing weekly goals. Most weeks I do pretty well some I don't but it's more a guideline than a requirement. It really sets up my week and my weeks have been great since I've been doing this. So many blessings!

& Speaking of blessings I am doing the Sparkle 31days Sparkle by Jamie Ridler it is fantastic and only 5minutes a day. Here is my day 3 and my inspiration for it.

  1. It's been many years since I have done 'morning pages', but the last time I did them it was simply amazing--how many of the things I wrote about came to pass. It made having intention so very real. Do you have two blogs?
