Weekly Intention: Rejuvenate


Setting my weekly intention during my morning pages it came loud and clear time to rejuvenate. Do things to rejuvenate me. Schedule time for yoga, mediation, gym, quiet time, tea time. nothing time, long bath time and light lots of candles and lots of deep breathing and long walks. REJUVENATE it's time. Now time to write out my weekly goals.
