Wishcasting Wednesday: What do I wish to start?

I wish to start me! It has been a really long time since I have done Wishcasting and even posted regularly on my blog. I have lost my way and let life worries get in the way. I have put work and making an income over take my life. I get home so exhausted and instead of going to the gym or doing something towards my goals. I just crash and veg and I know its okay some of the time but not for a year. I wish to start me and get my goals accomplished.

Wishcasting Wednesday: What do you wish to immerse yourself in?

I wish to immerse myself in positive thoughts and passionate pursuits. Trying to learn to change my thoughts change my life kind of thing. I've been away from Wishcasting for a while I'll blame it on work. I have been using work as an excuse to not work out, not deliver my Avon books, not take artists dates, not make new cheeses and not do the things I'm passionate about and instead I work and worry about money and sleep from exhaustion. Immersing myself in positive thoughts and passionate pursuits cheesemaking, photography, Avon, and travel. Thank you Jamie Ridler for the Wishcasting prompt.

Wishcasting Wednesday: What Inspiration do you wish to Follow?

What Inspiration do you wish to Follow?

I wish to follow the inspiration of cheese. At a clients home I found a magazine about cheese and it sparked an old passion that I didn't realize was a passion. I just thought of it as a curious interest left over from my first job at Trader Joe's, boy was I wrong. Since that day I have read about cheese and made 2 batches of homemade cheese, visited a dairy and bought whole milk with the cream still on for another batch of cheese. I have also bought very obscure cheeses and gone tasting and talked to cheese makers asking questions about how they have gotten started. I even looked for cheesemonger jobs. I have this strange calm feeling when I make cheese or think about owning a cheese shop or my own dairy or goats. Strangest thing is this has moved on its own where as my photography and fashion interest have always seemed stagnant. Maybe just maybe I found my true passion now if only I could bring myself to eat it and where in the heck am I supposed to keep the goats and do with the left over whey?

Thank you Jamie Ridler for the Wishcasting prompt.

Wishcasting Wednesday: What do you wish to take a Stand for?

I wish to take a stand for my Truths!!
That are:my self portraits in the bathroom w/the toilet in the background, flea market pearls w/a graphic tee and cargos, for my pink blackberry that my estranged husband still pays for, for living w/my boyfriend while my estranged husband still pays my cellphone, that my dreams do come true regularly, that the Nate Berkus show called me for their show about personal styles and trendsetters, that I wlould be fine to never wear another stitch of makeup but would die w/out my Anew, that I love my son, dog, bf, camera and atlas in that order, that I would rather be photographing in Monument Valley then ANYTHING else in the world, shopping comes next, that I will be and have been successful, that love may not conquer all but it sure makes it nice, that meditation and yoga are absolutely necessary for my well being along w/blueberries, my moms idea of quality time w/me is 2 hours in a Coldwater Creek or Nordstroms dressing room. If my cousin Rita and I don't spend time shopping when we are together we don't consider it a good trip, In n Out Double meats are the best PERIOD! I can live and make friends anywhere, Nature is worth saving, Happiness is a choice, there is plenty in this universe for me, this economy does not effect my success, Coconut reminds me of the ocean, FB and Twitter are good clean fun, It's taken 44 years to look this good, Dorie, Wags and me are like the sisters we never asked for, the driving range is the best place to let out my frustration, and almost nothing cuter then golf shoes and clothes, If my relationship doesn't work I will still have Rita, Dorie and Wags, I am becoming the best Avon rep I can be, My BF is sweet but my dog is sweeter, tea is a good thing and tea w/morning pages is better, Art journaling is my salvation and wishcasting has changed my life. Thanks Jamie! I wish to take a stand for the authentic truthful me!

Wishcasting Wednesday: What do you wish to Focus on?

What do you wish to focus on?
I wish to focus on the parts that make me a better me. Right now I have a lot going on and my focus seems to be all over the place. I am working on keeping my son and BF a priority, build my Avon business, building my cleaning business, self discovery, building strong friendships, maintaining the old friendships, throwing a party, saving money, pay bills, keep the home neat and clean, revamping my personal style (my fav focus), trying to find a new scent for the home, get better organized, getting my car repaired, and making time for self care.

As my focus is all over the place, I wish to focus on quiet time, meditation, inner reflection. As I typed all of that I realized it's a lot of noise. The Universe will let me know and place me where I need to be if I just quiet down and listen.
Change the Meditate to top of the list!

Wishcasting Wednesday: What do wish to read?

What do you wish to read?

I wish to read everyday and sometimes all day. What I wish to read is from cover to cover my National Geographic Magazine my favorite since childhood and then my prevention magazines every month. I'd also like to really make time to read the Right Brain Business Plan and The Not so Big Life and Villette. I keep joining book clubs and never find/make time to read the books so I think maybe that needs to change.

Wishcasting Wednesday: How do you wish to be Brave?

How do you wish to be Brave?
This one made me think, I wish to be brave in putting myself out there and living my dream and building my businesses. Being okay with rejection learning how to not take it personal because it's not and overcoming fear. I wish to be brave!

Wishcasting Wednesday: How do you wish to Sparkle?

How do you wish to Sparkle?

Thank you Jamie Ridler for the prompt and for Wishcasting Wednesdays. I wish to sparkle thru my photography which brings me joy. I just posted my 1st ad for my photography business. I finally accepted that it is my path. I kept putting it off and saying no I'm not good enough and there are so many other better photographers but I realized there are and there will always be but they are not me and not my style. I will sparkle in the joy that pursuing my passion will bring.

Wishcasting Wednesday: What gifts to you wish to share?

What gifts do you wish to share?

The back cover of my Art Journal, covered in old hotel stickers.
This is a hard one, what gifts do I wish to share? Well I've been told I'm a great stylist I think had I pursued it, life may have been very different. No time to dwell on that though because I didn't, fear got the best of me I thought it would be better to pursue something more important more meaningful than clothes. Funny thing I never really did pursue something more important. I let fear take over all of my gifts and put them to the side. My gifts, are they my gifts or my passions what are my gifts? I can talk to almost anyone, I can cook very well when I want to, I can live out of a backpack or suitcase for over a month, I can shop from open to close and still have enough energy for drinks after and then for the fashion show after that. I passionately love to travel and I love to share my travel experiences and equal to travel is photography. I have loved fashion passionately since I was young. I remember my first favorite outfit and the first time I styled an outfit. Okay so what gifts do I wish to share....

How about the gift of me and what I am passionate about and now if only I can come up with a plan to share them that will generate an income for me that will enable me to donate significant amounts of money to organizations that help women. The gift of me!

Wishcasting Wednesday: What limits do you wish to set?

What Limits do you wish to Set?

Limits of my intuition, if my gut says no, then my mouth says no.

I've been listening to the The Right Brain Business Plan video summit and in just 3 sessions I feel I've learned so much and my main nugget is listening to my intuition my gut. I just ordered the book and I'm so excited.

I love Wishcasting Wednesday and really appreciate Jamie Ridler for this. It's a great part of my week and always seems to fit into my weekly and monthly intention. This week is care and to truly care for myself, I need to set limits. Thanks Jamie for such a timely wishcasting question. I truly appreciate all you do and how you have brought this Wishcasting community together.

Wishcasting Wednesday: What aspect of your personality do you wish to express more of?

Erie Canal Park Camilus NY (checking in got me the Foursquare Historian Badge, yes I'm one of those)

I love Wednesdays for many reasons one of the top ones is Wishcasting. A huge thank you to Jamie Ridler for the weekly prompt. The prompts some how are always timely like the perfect question I need to ask myself.

My answer would be to express the creative aspect of my personality. The side that marches to the beat of my own drum, the side that never cared what people think and the side that occasionally said FU it's my life. The side that photographs, travels, journals, makes stuff, loves wine and follows fashion like a religious nut and cuts up every magazine like it's a $1.00 coupon. The side that isn't sensitive that can make fun of herself, her lazy eye, bald spot, fat cheeks and big boobs. The side that wears her homemade necklace everyday doesn't do her hair, wears hiking boots and her canon camera like the accessory that it is. The side that plans her activities based on a cute outfit but will do them anyways. The side that will try any activity if it looks fun and every after 3 falls in a row say that was awesome and no I can't move my arm. The side that wears pigtails at 43and carry's a Hello Kitty notepad and collects stickers because they are cute and I might use them in an art project. The side who hopes and dreams that at 50 she will have long hair worn in braids and be wearing the biggest turquoise belt buckle she can find and driving a beat up pick up truck to the farmers market in New Mexico with her dog and super hot to me BF. The side that always carries a camera, loves the  Southwest and Art journals for every occasion and occasionally paints and scrapbooks and considers her 3 best friends the sisters God meant her to have. That is the aspect of my personality I wish to express more of. Oh and to my BF who swears he has never read my blog, the aspect of my personality I'd like to express more of to you is to admit when I'm wrong. (He'll never read it so I'm safe in saying that)

To all of us Wishcasters, As I wish for myself, I wish for each of you to.

Wishcasting Wednesday: What Burden do you wish to put down?

What Burden do I wish to put down?

The Burden I wish to put down is financial insecurity, I want to build a savings have a cushion for emergencies. Right now I am doing many different jobs to make extra money and have been coming up with some very creative idea's on how to make more to pay off my small debt and get ahead of the game. I even made a Art journal page about this (will post later). This Burden needs to go away and the start of that is to remove my focus off the bad and change it to the good that I have done so much so far. It's already starting to go away.
