What do I need this week: Action

Thank you Andrea at www.abccreativity for my weekly prompt. Action is my Intention for the week to get outside and get physical. Not just do my videos but to walk, jog, bicycle feel the fresh cool crisp fall air on my face breathe it in deeply, use it as a motivator to continue to lose weight and get into shape.
