Weekly Intention: Monday morning rituals
Every Monday I have a set of rituals that I try to do. It starts with morning pages 3 handwritten pages written as soon as I wake up they are free flow. Half way through I stop and make tea (technically your not supposed to but I think the tea helps) then some morning yoga only 10min. and a short meditation to set my weekly intention. Once the intention is set I get out the big newsprint pad and a sharpie marker and write out my weekly goals they are more of a guideline not something to stress out over just more of a suggestion. My intention this week is Calm!
